“gap free” refers to no out-of-pocket expense when patient being treated is covered by a health insurer’s policy which will allow the dental treatment provider to charge the applicable item codes.
Patient’s parent(s)/guardian(s) must ensure the health insurer’s policy maximum limits for dental treatments have not been reached as of the date of treatment - speak to the patient’s health insurer for further information.
